Users of Volutive 2 can now take advantage of remote assistance. By means of this service, a technician will work on your PC as if he were sitting in front of it. The only prerequisite is having a connection to the internet.

Presently, this service is given at no cost.

How it works

  1. To establish a connection, you must previously make an appointment with the IT person who will assist you. To do so, email us at .

    IMPORTANT: We are located in Spain, and our local time is GMT+1. Please consider that we cannot make an appointment outside our business hours. So let us know yours in your email.

  2. At the scheduled date and time (not before!), click here to download a small program that will establish the connection. When your internet browser asks you what to do with the file --whether to save it or run it-- select Run.

  3. The following window will come up:

  4. Double click over the IT person's name you made the appointment with. That will establish the connection in a few seconds. From this moment on, both you and the IT person will be enabled to operate your computer.
